The youngest of two children from the Midwest’s Toledo, OH, Stephanie McBee has been taught and has since embraced focusing her life around using her gifts and talents to not only enhance her life, but the lives of those around her. From playing the drums at the by the age of 7, saxophone by 10, leading and directing the choir by 16, and publishing her first book, Unfulfilled Purpose, by 21, Stephanie has been continuously using the gifts that God has given her as her connection to relate to diverse populations in order to be a social change agent for her community. Stephanie is a graduate of Central Catholic High School in Toledo, OH, Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication focusing in Organizational Communication, and Barry University with a Dual Master’s degree in Family & Marriage Therapy and Mental Health Counseling.

Stephanie served as the Graduate Assistant Coordinator for Leadership Development, where God confirmed and reaffirmed her passion for public and motivational speaking. The opportunities and experiences granted to Stephanie of developing the university’s comprehensive leadership program exposed her to teaching, training, mentoring, and engaging youth and young adults in Miami, FL to the strategies and advances of embracing the leader within. Stephanie has gained the reputation of bringing high energy, excitement, humor, and essential information on perfecting and seizing your potential for greatness.

Stephanie is currently pursuing her career as a motivational speaker; speaking to youth groups, universities, churches, and nonprofit agencies across the world.
