Healthy Relationships Seminar Teaches Women to Heal Themselves and Their Marriage
Clyde Park, Montana (PRWEB) April 18, 2012
When you fall in love, your partner can do no wrong. Then suddenly, one day it feels like your partner can do no right. Sometimes couples get to the point where they feel more like roommates than lovers in healthy relationships. Or they find themselves thinking the relationship is too good to leave, but too bad to stay. Some might just be looking to spruce up their love and romance.
All healthy relationships have their own set of unique issues — and, at times, they can feel insurmountable. That’s where marriage help and life coach Jennifer Williams steps in to help. Williams will be leading a “Heal Yourself, Heal Your Marriage” retreat designed especially for women in need of relationship help, Friday, April 27 through Sunday, April 29 at the Double T Ranch, Clyde Park, Montana.
“The marriage retreat is for those not only looking to fix their relationship, but those wanting to grow. Our relationship coaching seminar shifts the participant out of a rut, gives them a fresh perspective, empowers them to make tough, lasting changes in their relationship while renewing and encouraging them, ultimately transforming them into healthy, loving marriage builders” said Williams.
“We’re not trying to change anyone, stop all the conflict or apply Band-Aids. Instead we show women how to speak with their ‘authentic voice’ that they so often lose in their relationships. We teach women how to communicate clearly and be heard by their partner and answer the question: What is a healthy relationship?” added Williams.
“Not surprisingly, we hear from participants that what they learn in these classes helps not only their intimate relationships, but these skills are valuable for their family and workplace relationships too,” says Williams.
“My way of working with clients swiftly cuts to the heart of their pain and their challenges. But, just knowing the pain and challenges is the ‘booby’ prize; you have to know what do with it. We identify these pains and then we resolve them. I teach women how to practice new skills around their issues and I use exercises to reveal the beliefs and patterns that are keeping them in their current pain.”
Williams has been a friend, mentor, and confidante to thousands of couples. In addition to private, marriage counseling sessions, she offers courses on healthy relationships, premarital counseling, parenting skills, emotional fitness, self-healing, women’s retreats, and behavioral problems in children.
“My approach goes beyond just talking. People choose to work with me because I don’t “label” a problem⎯I give them tools to solve it because I want them to be flourishing marriage builders. That’s the freedom of my “healthy love” system, which is proven to strengthen (if not transform) the healthy relationships you have with your loved ones,” she said.
“Most of my clients are shocked that simple relationship coaching exercises, like leading their blind-folded partner around obstacles for a few minutes, could produce such startling insights. But it does. My relationship coaching methods are simple but they are powerful,” she said.
